Not sent the right product
This was listed in Men’s shoes and I ordered a size 9 men’s and received a women’s size 9. When I tried to return them after rack sent me the wrong shoe they still charged me 9.95 return fee even thought it was their mistake. Not sure if I would ever from this site again. What happened to Nordstroms famous customer service… has really gone downhill

wrong size shipped
I love the style and fit of this shoe. Unfortunately, they sent me a Men’s size 8.5 again. I’ll be returning these and trying again. They don’t have this style at the Van’s Store.
