La Femme Underwire T-Shirt Bra

I bought this bra January 2025 based on the reviews. The band fits SMALL. My bust size is a 36D with a shallow top full bottom. I have MANY Wacoal bras, but not from the La Femme line. I actually bought 4 bras in this order, three from other lines and one of these. All the other bras fit perfectly like my old bras, the La Femme does not. The band is too tight by 1.5 inches to reach the first hook. I put on a bra extender to make the band fit in order to check the cup fit. The cup fit perfectly with the extender. Thinking of returning or getting an extender with 2 hooks ( I only have 3 hook extenders). Perhaps Wacoal could make extenders to match the bras. If ordering this bra I'd recommend going up a band size.

I actually am studying bra design, and I think this bra has too-wide of wires for its size. I chose a 30DDD because I have a narrow frame, but this bra did not accommodate that. The wide wires make it so that there is less upper band tension than there should be, resulting in a too pronounced v-shape. This creates pressure on the sternum while leaving the armpit loose. For someone with a narrow frame like mine, the cups are too wide apart as well. The cups dig in at the center but have empty space on the sides. I don’t recommend this bra unless you have breasts that sit wide apart.
