Versatile and Roomy
This carry-on suitcase has features similar to the TravelPro Maxlite® 5 International Carry-On Rollaboard®, which I currently own. The dimensions on the Walkabout 7 are slightly larger as it is designed for domestic airlines. I like the variety of pockets to keep things organized: one small exterior pocket, one large exterior pocket, the mesh compartment in the inside lid, and small mesh side pocket on the side of the main compartment. The compressions straps are also nice.
I haven't needed to use the expansion capacity, but it's nice to know it's there in case I end up acquiring something during a trip that needs a little extra space. As advertised, the case is stable and does not have a tendency to tip over even if fully loaded.
The exterior fabric seems a little less resilient than on my current carry-on, but it will have to be further tested. It rolls nicely and the cushioned handles make it easy to pick up/lift up. The extendable handle seems to catch while trying to push it all the way in, but this is probably due to the fact that it is designed to extend to two different lengths, and not a defect.
Overall this is a solidly built, lightweight carry-on that is versatile and roomy.

Defective item
I got a defective product, but since I removed the tag, a refund is not possible. At the store, I couldn't check that it was defective until I used it, as the zipper was closed.

Defective item
I got a defective product, but since I removed the tag, a refund is not possible. At the store, I couldn't check that it was defective until I used it, as the zipper was closed.

Sturdy yet lightweight
I've only traveled once with this bag but I'm quite pleased with it. It maneuvers great, the handle feels good in my hand, and it's super light. I haven't tested its water resistance yet, but the fabric looks promising. Nice organizational features; the Walkabout 7 holds a lot for a carry-on.

Great rollaboard!
The item is very durable and moves smoothly when walking on all types of pavement/flooring. The product also fits well into overhead bins. Highly recommend!

Great carry on
My family of 4 has a whole set of travel pro luggage that we use frequently. The walkabout 7 is a great addition. It is very light, expandable and has multiple compartments to organize your stuff. All of my travelpro luggage has held up over a long period of time.

Nice bag especially for the price!
I already own 3 Travelpro Maxlite 5 carryons. This bag is pretty much the exact same bag with a different front lid & slightly different side and top handles. Those differences appear to be better offering wider openings on the front pockets allowing smoother access. The top handle is really nice and seems sturdier while the side handle is just different. I am definitely a fan of Travelpro in their carryon category.
