stylish, quality and comfy
Great loafer, I ordered the 8.5 and 8 since I’m often between sizes and found the 8 was a good fit without socks or a very thin low profile one.. These have plenty of room in the toe box whereas others like Vince felt snug. I appreciate the light weight base, the foot bed has notable support for the arch and padding. The black leather is quality. I’ve already ordered another color. These felt comfy instantly

Bought new shoes, but received used shoes
I ordered the shoes online to pickup at the store, made the drive when items were ready and as soon as I open the bag it’s very clear the shoes have been used before. I don’t care about the boxes but this is the first time I receive an item in a Nordstrom bag and not in its original box. Attached picture for reference. Worst customer service.

Comfortable
I bought this shoes for a conference. I figured they’d be comfortable walking around the hotel. Well, my daughter had other plans and we walked the entire length of the Smithsonian complex. The shoes held up. I cannot say the same for my hair.

comfortable shoe but horrible packaging!!!
Comfortable shoes, well constructed. Nordstrom Rack shipped them in a plastic bag and they looked as if they came from Sears! The rack has lowered their standards…very disappointing.

frustrated with Rack
Love these shoes! I am sick of rack putting the stickers inside the shoes on the sole. They do not come off without leaving nasty stickiness behind! And not sending the box is extremely annoying!

Love these shoes
