Chantel Penny Loafer Slip-On Sneaker

I ordered the shoes online to pickup at the store, made the drive when items were ready and as soon as I open the bag it’s very clear the shoes have been used before. I don’t care about the boxes but this is the first time I receive an item in a Nordstrom bag and not in its original box. Attached picture for reference. Worst customer service.

I bought this shoes for a conference. I figured they’d be comfortable walking around the hotel. Well, my daughter had other plans and we walked the entire length of the Smithsonian complex. The shoes held up. I cannot say the same for my hair.

Comfortable shoes, well constructed. Nordstrom Rack shipped them in a plastic bag and they looked as if they came from Sears! The rack has lowered their standards…very disappointing.

Great loafer, I ordered the 8.5 and 8 since I’m often between sizes and found the 8 was a good fit without socks or a very thin low profile one.. These have plenty of room in the toe box whereas others like Vince felt snug. I appreciate the light weight base, the foot bed has notable support for the arch and padding. The black leather is quality. I’ve already ordered another color. These felt comfy instantly

Love these shoes! I am sick of rack putting the stickers inside the shoes on the sole. They do not come off without leaving nasty stickiness behind! And not sending the box is extremely annoying!

They’re comfy and supportive while still being stylish and cute. Easy to wear with so much. I usually wear a half size smaller than my normal size in Vionic.

I gave these 4 stars for cuteness but I had to send them back. The heel was way too wide so the shoes flopped when I walked.

Beautiful soft leather. Great comfort ,style, for me that is unique. My foot tends to be on the narrow side and these loafers fit very well.

Used shoes received

Great shoes. Very comfortable but runs 1/2 size too big. I returned and bought a size 7.

I purchased in Black and Sand. The black is a smooth leather and was a little wider than the Sand, which is a suede. Maybe the Black had been tried on numerous times? In any case, I still love them and will keep. The Sand was a perfect snug fit with room for a little stretching, which I’m sure will occur. Oh…and what a great price! FYI…these look very similar the the Vionic Uptown Travel loafer.

Thin leather and oversized all over. It is getting to be a waste of time to buy shoes by mail unless you know the brand. Returned.
