Vivian Ballet Flat

When I first tried this on, I thought I hit the jackpot. But luckily I got sent two pairs of these in different sizes and i realized the sides will flare out in an extremely unflattering way over time. I ordered two sizes and Nordstrom sent me both a brand new pair and one that was still new but seemed like it was on display at a store. The ones from the store flared out SO badly and it looked really misshappen all around the foot. There are gaps all around the top of the flat. I then tried on my new pair and saw that it already started doing that - this type of flare out will not mold to my feet over time. The photo here is of the new pair. Sad because the leather is soft.

Definitely size down, I’m usually an 8 1/2 and went with an 8 and they fit perfect. I’m impressed by how comfortable they are. Will be buying another pair.

Bought these to wear to church. Classy and comfortable.

I have these flats in 2 colors, size 9. My average size is 9 1/2 or 10+ just depends on the design/designer. It is annoying to see that Nordstrom continues to post that a shoe is true to size because the designer/manufacture has advised such, the reviews clearly state something different. This flat is running about a half size larger, however this also depends on the shape of your foot and your preference when you wear flats. The lambskin leather is soft and comfortable, this leather is supposed to be soft, (it is not thin, it is a pliable leather, and it may stretch a tiny bit & will form to the shape of your foot.) It has a nice sole, heel cap cover & a nice heel rubber cover for cushion & support. Due to the simplicity comfort level, I am going to purchase another color!

The shoe was as pictured, a nice rust red color. I just want to say all these reviews claiming the sizing is off, maybe these ladies don't know their shoe size. I am a true 7.5 and sometimes size up to 8. Based on reviews I ordered size 7 and it is snug. At least I could get my foot in and I think the leather will stretch enough that they will become comfortable but I wouldn't have had to do this if I'd gone with the correct size. I will say they are roomy at the heel width wise. Just try your normal size if you know what it really is.

I loved everything about this shoe. The packaging was very thoughtful and it came with a dust bag, which I really appreciate. The red current color is breathtaking. I saw that these ran large, so ordered a 10 (I am usually a 10.5), but I could have easily fit into a 9 in these shoes. If you have a wider foot, maybe go down a half size. But if you can find the right size for you, I think you’ll be extremely happy with these versatile flats.

Shoe runs a full size too large. Leather beautifully soft. The security tag was placed on the bottom of the footbed, it leaves a big sticky mark that ruins the shoe base to remove. What is the point of ruining shoes Nordstrom? Please train associates to place stickers in places that won't ruin the shoe and can be removed with adhesive remover, in this case it's not possible.

So I decided to purchase regardless of the reviews to see for myself and they were right. There is a weird scrunching that happens when you stand / walk in the shoe. Not worth it for the cost — I’ve gotten cheaper shoes that hold better than this…

Ordered these 2 times and both arrived damaged! It takes a few days to receive therefor it was 3 weeks since first purchased. A hassle to send back via mail so I had to return in person twice. Do not recommend. Very cheaply made.

These shoes are very stylish and sleek. However, I ordered a size 10M and receive an 11M. Which I am blaming NR for their lack of attention to detail. The sticker was stated they were a size 10M, but they were an 11M. To NR: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS! That's why I'm giving this purchase three stars 🌟

I wanted to share some feedback on the shoes. While the design and color are absolutely beautiful, I’m having trouble with the fit. I bought a half size bigger to allow for some room, but there’s still a gap at the front. Unfortunately, the seam across the top is too stiff to give, and the shape of the front of the shoe seems to curve inward, which causes my feet to turn awkwardly when I walk. It’s not very comfortable. If I hadn't worn them, I would consider returning them. Just wanted to share my thoughts!

I wear a lot of Vince shoes. However the reviews others were indicating this shoe ran large. I am a true sz 11 in Vince shoes. I took a chance and ordered a 10. I was excited to finally find a flat red shoe. The right foot fit perfect but the left shoe was extremely wide. I wish that designer that make shoes like these do more testing and not just sew a batch of shoes to sell. I sadly returned them.
