The blue one I got goes not look at the picture at all. The color is sky blue. Has no stripe at the bottom.

Soft, Flowy, and Beautiful
This dress is absolutely beautiful and feels so romantic when worn. The side slits on both sides make it look even more flowy and elegant. I also love that it has a lining underneath, so it’s not see-through at all and feels very comfortable to wear. The material is lightweight and soft, making the dress move beautifully. I truly love it!
