Disappointed it is not lined
I love Vince but this skirt is a miss. It is not lined on the inside and is very light fabric but requires a slip, at this price point I expected better quality like other skirts I’ve purchased from this brand. The ‘ribbon’ details is not a ribbon, is just a print. this skirt does not look as good in person as it does in the pictures and video.
