I bought a Vince cardigan expecting it to be comfortable and high-quality, but after just two wears, it’s already pilling. The fabric has these little fuzz balls all over it, making it look worn and shabby, even though it’s practically new. It hasn’t even made it to the dry cleaners or through any rough use—it just looks cheap and poorly made. For the price I paid, this is incredibly disappointing. I truly regret this purchase. All the things I bought for almost $800 are disappointing. This experience has left such a bad impression that I’ve decided this will be my last time shopping at Nordstrom Rack.
