Mixed Stitch Wool & Cashmere Blend Cardigan

I absolutely love this cardigan. I previously owned the same one in gray, and when I saw it on sale, I decided to order it in the beige (ivory) color. However, instead of being excited about my purchase, I was extremely disappointed. The item arrived in completely unacceptable condition. The cardigan is covered in pilling, with women’s hair and cat hair all over it, and looks heavily worn. It feels as if someone wore it for a long time, returned it, and instead of discarding it, it was sent to me. Compared to my gray cardigan that I purchased earlier, this one looks absolutely terrible. I am genuinely upset that customers return items in this condition, and even more concerned that employees accept such damaged merchandise and put it back on sale. This is completely unacceptable. I am very upset and disappointed. Unfortunately, I purchased it on extra clearance, and it is not eligible for return, so I honestly don’t know what to do with it now.
