Lumina Pointed Toe Boot (Women)

The boots are beautiful until you try them on…the seams are terribly sewn at the top of the zippers on both boots causing the bumps you see in the picture. The left boot is also crocked on the outer part of the boot. They are also wide calf although it’s not what I ordered, but I could live with that. What I cannot live with is the defects as I cannot wear them. How can Nordstrom Rack sell these boots at the final sales? Is this the way to get rid of defective items?

I love the color burnt sugar and the suede material is very nice , it’s not too stiff, and definitely strong enough to stay up, the only complaint I would have is that the sizing of the foot bed is quite large. I am definitely going to need a thick oversized sock if I decide to keep them. Which isn’t horrible since it’s a fall color. I would definitely switch these out for a smaller size if Notdy Rack had them available. Overall, I like them they’re stylish cute boot, but trying to decide if they will be too large to keep. I ordered a 7 1/2 which is my usual size in boots and shoes. I definitely need a 7 or maybe even a 6 1/2. I also got the regular calf which is a little loose, but that is the style and they wouldn’t be comfortable with a tight calf since there’s not an elastic band to give.. I would say I have average sized calves They’re not big and they’re not small. I am athletic and they are generous but not oversized on me.

I bought these boots on sale for $70 - they aren’t worth more than that. The leather upper on the brown boots has some awkward dye variation that makes the leather look plasticy and cheap. Also, the boots buckle weirdly at the ankles, adding to the overall cheap look. They’re comfortable enough for a few hours out, but not for a full workday or evening dancing. If you’re looking for cheap boots that are fine for a season, these are alright. They’re not an increment piece or a good deal on sale.
