NordstromRack lost my item. I never received the item. No information, no updates. Sent from Emeryville store to Pacific Commons. Somehow the package got lost. No way to track it. Store just kept blaming the other. No resolution. They kept giving me the run around- went to PC Rack in Fremont. 2x. No package found. The Lady who helped me was nice enough to look a second time.
