Hamden Slingback Pointed Cap Toe Pump (Women)

Customer experience: these shoes arrived clearly used - even the bag is labeled as used, and the heels look pretty beat up and smudged, so I would be returning these regardless. It's weird to receive such expensive shoes in a bag and not a box anyway. Fit: these are fine on length, but I find them to be oddly narrow in the toe box. Heel height is comfortable but the toe situation makes these ultimately uncomfortable. Design: these look like Channel shoes, but the execution is off. These make my feet look wider than they typically look due to the widened cut on the foot, which gives them an unattractive look. Decent concept, bad execution that looks dated.
