Caveat: so long as you don't mind the feel of not particularly soft wool...
This is a real steal. The quality of the fabric and the construction are excellent. The fit is good. It is slightly sheer - not because the material is thin but due to the weave of it - and I am wearing it with a black silk tank underneath. It gives off a very polished casual vibe. I don't see any reason for the deep discount other than the fact that the fabric is old school wool texture. If that doesn't bother you this is perfect!
