Herringbone Quilted Water Resistant Hooded Jacket

I’m usually in between a small and medium. I ordered the small - it was short and tight in the arms, and the width around my belly/waist was unflatteringly wide. The pattern has a built-in belt look around the waist which would’ve been so pretty and flattering if it was cinched a little more rather then being a tad boxy.

I normally wear a medium but this was a little big and, to me, very boring looking. Also, I thought I was buying down and if I remember correctly, this jacket is not down. I sent it back. It also didn’t have inside pockets (like in a man’s blazer). )I wish all jackets came with inside pockets. They are so convenient and a safe place to keep your phone. Nothing falls out of them.)
