I read the reviews first then order my size so much miss information about the sizing confused the heck out of me !! I bought size 10 bc of the reviewers but thank God i bought size 12 on the side too and didnt listen to these reviews. And no shoulders are okay not huge at all its a beautiful soft dress. Its a dark blue color with not so long sleeves

It is really large in the bust area, I am not sure if it was made for one of her dicky's but she forgot the zipper.
