Fern 2 Genuine Shearling Clog (Women)

I'm going to say the opposite of some of the Nordstrom.com reviews in that I found I needed to size up from my usual 8 to the 9. When the 8s arrived (fresh, i.e. fully wrapped and never tried on) they were tight throughout and my heel was on the lip. Having worn Birkenstocks, I know for this type of molded footbed you want your heel fully seated inside the lip. Tight fit made sense with the shearling and wasn't confident these could stretch out / shearling wear down to the perfect fit. Replacement 9s came unwrapped so likely tried on, but they are more what I would expect for a good fit. Also, I can wear them with socks! These are gorgeous (for a clog) and at a great price, definitely recommend! Love the espresso color for my burgundy outfits.
