Strap broke!
Love the shoe! the fit, very comfortable!
My first time wearing them, I was with clients, showing a house and the strap broke! I had to shuffle around (didn’t have a back up pair in my car, of course) I was so disappointed! Looking at other reviews, noticing this is common with this shoe. Hope they make some changes to the design & strengthen the strap. Love the shoe but the quality should match the price :(

Love them but one strap is loose
I love them and wear them a lot for more business casual events but the left strap is loose on my ankle and has been since I purchased them but they are my new favs!

Beautiful but Cheaply Made!
On the second wear of these shoes, the strap snapped while I was walking. No trip or sudden force - just decide to break mid stride. Very disappointing given the price of these shoes.
