Smocked Empire Waist Midi Dress

I love the colors and pattern on this dress and the fit is great.The ruching at the chest is great (my chest is on the larger side) and then it floats down, hiding belly. I'm 5'8" and the skirt ends at my calf. The straps have two button holes allowing for some adjustment. I did end up switching the straps to the longest length so I could cross the straps in the back, giving me just a little bit higher chest coverage. That adjustment also stopped the straps from slipping off my shoulders constantly, like they did before they were crossed. The only negative to this dress is that the material is very thin and a little see-through. However, the lightweight material may prove to be a positive when it's super hot and humid out!
