SO cute, but so NOT true to size

I usually wear a 14/16, L/XL depending on the brands. This "XL" is more like a "M" honestly, so small! Like, I wonder if the wrong size was sewn onto the item, that's how off it is! So sad because I love the color. Boo.

Sizing Way Off - Size S

Bought a size S, as I usually wear a S or 4/6; Fits relaxed in bust and hip but has a TINY fixed waistband- measured at 26.5". Really dissapointed. Well-made, really nice color. If they had sewn in elastic at the waist it would be perfect.
