Shoes came with no box, from third party vendor, completely damaged, logo messed up , leather all creased up , bottom of the shoes were completely bad . Came in plastic bag with labels over labels , showing damaged barcode . Very bad condition and definitely not an original Valentino , looks like knock off , I feel that this is some kind of fraud . Never had any previous issues with any of my purchases with Nordstrom rack . Only once when a sizes were mixed up . But always had a great experience shopping with Nordstrom . Your phone banking rep was very understanding and recommended to write a review and he will be sending feedback to your fulfillment center . Not a good shopping experience this time .
