Urban decay eyeliner
When I apply it to my top lid it immediately smudges down to the bottom lid (this is not the case for other eye liners i've used) and it smudges more quickly. I bought the brown and it looks lighter when applied.

Not Waterproof
The eyeliner may have held up pretty well from someone who did not have oily lids. The pigment stayed on quite well throughout the whole day, but because I have oily lids, a considerable amount rubbed off on my eyelids and under my eyes throughout the day. The worst part about it is that if it was not completely waterproof, I would've expected to have been able to easily rinse the eyeliner out in the shower--that did not happen. Without eye makeup remover, the eyeliner did not budge. Wish it didn't budge due to my oily glands.
