I wouldn’t buy it again
This product is difficult to assemble or defective but don’t know why. The racks are wobbly we even got rubber washers.

Great look in my kitchen
Similar to the toilet paper dispenser, this towel holder needs some extra weight added to the base. It tips over easily when I'm wiping my hands on a towel that I have on this holder. Its pretty and I like that the finish on it is matte since I personally don't like chrome. The lip on the base is a nice touch for holding any jewelery while you do your dishes. This added functionality isnt normally seen in something basic like a towel holder so I appreciate this detail.

Elegant, easy to assemble, could be a bit taller
The Umbra Palm Tree Towel Rack is elegant and easy to assemble. One does need slightly shorter than average towels to hang on it or they droop on the counter, but I've actually just been draping one average-sized hand towel over both hanging rods, which still looks perfectly nice and creates additional air flow for drying. I like the towel rack and would recommend it.
