Buy a size bigger in this model or you will pay
Shoe comes in a smaller size then what you order. If you need a 10, get an 11. Only NB shoe i've ever had like this. JNB wants me to pay for a return for a shoe that is defected in terms of sizing. Lost a customer.

Love the shoe, but its small
I love the shoe itself, but I found the size smaller than usual. I bought an 8 and it was tight for me. Never faced this with other brands, and this is my first pair from NB so not sure if its a brand problem. Going through other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring issue. I am not returning it as it is too expensive to ship back. I chose to give to my son.

I will definately shop for these shoes again.
I expect to wear these shoes out in one season of trail walking 2,500 miles. The fit is true and they are much lighter weight than wearing boots.

I would try again.
This was my first time purchasing a New Balance shoe. When I saw the price from your company I just has to have them. Love the comfort and color of the shoe. Because I deleted my receipt I just kept the shoe. Here's a few problems with the shoe: Shoe was a little big when tried on the shoe. Didn't know they run big. The more I wore the shoe the more it became lose on my foot. The stitch is also coming apart on the left shoe of the sole.
