beautiful quality
Found this gem at the Rack today. Beautiful quality shearling that matches my $1895 Maje shearling jacket perfectly. I bought a large as I find a tight hat itchy. Looks great with the flaps up or down. My bald son has his eye on it so might have to buy another one.

Poor quality
Purchased this in hopes I can wear in cold winter weather. To my disappointment, the shearling is very thin, cheap looking, as it is made. The ear flaps are loose and do not adjust comfortably under the chin. So unless you have a very long chin, this will not be a comfortable fit.
Returned the next day after arrival. Sad to see favorite brands lose quality (no reduction in price) as production is shipped to China. I do not recommend this hat to anyone.

Very small did not fit!
Expected more out of Ugg. I got the large/XL and it fit like a small. Quality felt cheap considering the price so would not recommend

This is not the quality that i expect of ugg, it's so flimsy, when you put it on and take it off the fur is in your hair. I WILL BE RETURNING
