A man’s 7 will fit a women’s size 8. Pulls on reasonably well. Once worn a few times pulls on easier.

I am a female usually wear a women size 8 in uggs, bought two pairs in men size 6. Shoe has a narrow opening, so if you have larger ankles, you will need to stretch the boot once broken in feels amazing.
