Cozy, Sturdy, and Stylish!

cozy but not durable
Love how soft and warm they are but the fur started falling out on the inside after only three months. I wear them strictly inside so they haven’t be exposed to anything that would cause that. I contacted customer Support and they refuse to refund me or exchange them. They advised me it was after the return or exchange timeframe. I did not expect that to apply to defective items.

No Longer a Good Value
If this were my first pair of Ugg slippers, I would probably think they were great. However, this is my fourth, and most likely, my last pair. The quality of these slippers no longer justify the cost.
