Way too long!
My goodness there is no way these are only a 31" inseam! I'm 5'6" and I'd have to have these by at lease 4" to wear them with heels! And of course I can't return them... they fit fine in the waist but my god I can't wear them with the length even IF I wore my highest heels I own. What a waste.
