Terrible customer service
The package never arrived. It kept getting delayed and at some point the carrier just said that it would be returned. I wasnt contacted by Nordstrom at all and the bag was sold out by the time I found out. Worse experience. Will not ever be purchasing from Nordstrom rack.

Best Bag for Flying
From past experience, I expect good quality and functionality from Tumi. This tote did not disappoint and if possible improved upon my other Tumi bags. I fly a lot, and this tote fits my tablet, phone, snacks, charging cords and various other items. It fits under the seat in front. The flap that fits over the suitcase handle is very handy rolling around airports and airport parking lots. The water bottle sleeve works IF you have a small enough bottle. It could be a smidge bigger. The interior is spacious with lots of pockets so I can quickly get to my things.
