Poor Online Ordering
To my surprise, I received a completely different dress in my online order than the dress I ordered. To make matters more frustrating, when I did the online chat Nordstrom Rack is incapable of sending me a replacement dress and I have to place a separate order. Very inconvenient and poor customer service. I went to Nordstrom Rack in person to return and they had a difficult time figuring out how to handle and were rude. I don’t understand how your customer service is so poor and how your problem became mine.

Cute but skirt is oddly short
This dress is very cute, but the skirt portion is very, very short compared to the rest of the dress. Meaning, for a size 7, the skirt should be a few inches longer.
