Summery elegant cotton dress. I was a bit skeptical about how the dress would look on me because of the tiered smocked style. What a pleasant surprise! This dress material is very nice cotton and the lining is very comfortable which does not add bulkiness at all. I love the slightly flowy yet elegant look. The low back with black grosgrain black ribbon tie actually works very well with the overall styling of this dress giving it a structured look instead of a frumpy one. The print is very summery and subtle too. It can be worn to a daytime soirée as well as to casual occasions.I am happy with this purchase.
