Dissapointed with Buckle
I purchased this in April 16, 2025, and wore it a few times; however, the buckle strap is now loose and the right shoe is flapping. I can no longer wear these. I contacted TOMS and was advised to reach out to Nordstrom Rack. Nordstrom only offers 30-day returns, and TOMS covers manufacturing issues for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. I'm now short a few days and out of the money I spent on these. It is so disappointing because they are very comfortable and cute, but the quality is not there. See pictures of the normal strap on the left shoe, and the loose, broken one on the right shoe.

Wide front straps
These shoes were so cute, and I was so excited to wear them all summer, but the front straps are so unnecessarily loose, that it put all of the pressure of keeping the shoe on, on the ankle strap. The ankle strap had to be so tight for the shoe to feel like it wasn't going to fall off, and just had a horrible overall fit. There was no reasonable way to make the front straps tighter, so I couldn't justify keeping the shoes even though I loved the look.

Super comfortable shoe but unfortunately run a half size too big. Iâm normally a 7.5 in Tomâs boots and these were way too big. Trying a 7 and hoping it helps. Super comfortable shoe.
