BUYER BEWARE!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This shoe is now the “why” I along with my family and friends will no longer be shopping by at Nordstrom Rack after decades of being a customer. It was worn once and the shoe has completely broken down and is coming apart. Store manager refused to accept the return regardless that they were just purchased due to “wear and tear.” Customer service stated if the shoe is defective as such she recommended NOT returning the one purchased online as her knowledge of past practice Nordstrom Rack will keep the shoe and my money. Just awful all the way around. Nordstrom Rack purchased defective shoes and is refusing to inform the consumer prior to purchase. Two pair now in the trash!
