Brushed Rib Full Zip Sweatshirt

This is not the fabric used in Traditional Tommy Bahama sweatshirts, it feels stiff and thin

Definitely not like the ones they sell in the Tommy Bahama Stores. Same percentage of cotton, but so much thinner and cheaply made. The zipper is stiffer to pull up too. I have some from the TB stores and was excited to see these on the Rack's website..The newer ones at the TB stores have zippers on the pockets now, so assumed these were the older style they were trying to get rid of from their stores. They definitely are not. Wonder if they were made for an outlet store?

I tried ordering this sweatshirt twice and the zipper seemed defective in both. It was a struggle to zip up the sweatshirt. It's a nice look and a lightweight cotton and it might work better as an open sweatshirt. I just didn't want to struggle with a zipper, so I'm returning both. Maybe you'll have more luck.

Tommy Bahama clothes sold in the Tommy Bahama stores or in Nordstrom will always have a name in the title like "Aruba" or "Marina Del Mar", etc. In this case, the zip up sweatshirts' name should be "Aruba" so if it doesn't have that in the title, it's not the real thing. This is obviously a knock off sweatshirt created for the outlets with cheaper materials. Buyer beware.

This full-zip sweatshirt appears to be a low-quality imitation of the Aruba full-zip sweatshirts sold by Nordstrom and Tommy Bahama. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that when I placed my order, although the low price should have been a warning sign. After receiving the product, it became clear that the quality is just as disappointing as the price suggests. The material, construction, and overall finish fall well short of the standards I would expect from products associated with Nordstrom and Tommy Bahama. I purchased four of these sweatshirts and have already decided to return all of them once the final item arrives. I'm extremely disappointed that Nordstrom and Tommy Bahama would choose to carry a product of this caliber. It does not reflect the quality or reputation that customers have come to expect from either brand.
