Worst customer service.
Worst customer service. I never received my glasses even though the delivery said they arrived. The delivery service declined my request, Nordstrom did the same and refused to refund me even though I pointed out that I have cameras on my house and they did not record any cars even around the time the delivery said. I pointed this out when I called Nordstrom customer service and no one even asked me for a report from the cameras and just did not want to refund me. Be careful when ordering especially expensive items!

Worst customer service.
Worst customer service. I never received my glasses even though the delivery said they arrived.
