Sold as new for new price but obviously worn / used! Disappointed in Nordstrom for the deception. Bottom line is the shoes are well made but Nordstrom cheated me. Took a lot of restoration to make them presentable. Wish Nordstrom would compensate the cost of Saphir product and time I spent to make these well made (but used) Italian shoes fit to be seen.

So disappointed
I order this shoes because I like the style, but I received a defective pair, one of the shoes, the leather was faded and the color tone was totally different to the other one! It is unbelievable, that this brand and Nordstrom, send a defective pair to a customer.
