Worst customer service I have ever recieved!
Ive not received my boots. Estimated delivery date passed and they haven't even been shipped. Customer service refused to look me up by email or account then told me they couldn't help or escalate me.

Cute Off sizing
Very cute! Can either dress up or down but somehow the sizing is weird. I'm a 25.5cm, purchase 8.5 and the boots are exact. Can't wear with socks unless I remove the insole which makes it feels uncomfortable :(. Not sure if I should have got half size up or chose wide
