I am usually size 2 OR 4 depending on the style for Theory brand. I ordered size 2 the Theory Check Slim Crop Pants in beige color and it felt a bit tight. Consider sizing up by one size. The fabric is made of polyamide which is a synthetic stretchy and comfortable material. There is no need to iron, it is versatile, sturdiness all year round.
