little tight
Pretty berry color but yes the sleeves are a bit short for me and my normal size 6 is a bit tight. The fabric does have stretch but I think it looks a little tight when buttoned closed. Also, no button on the end of the sleeves but there is a split in the fabric that has a stitch holding it closed. The look overall isn’t for me.

Petite friendly
I'm petite at 5'2" and this jacket fit perfectly with no alterations needed. If you are taller, the sleeves may look short or like bracelet sleeves, but for me they are just right. The color is a rich berry and the fabric is substantial. It is not make of wool like the other Theory packets I have in this style, but like a heavy rayon or viscose.
