Arrived Damaged (pulls around neckline)

The top arrived damaged and Nordstrom refused to refund or replace (despite the same size being in stock). My requests for additional information have not been acknowledged or replied to. I have never had this experience with Nordstrom before and I am extremely disappointed.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered this sweater during the clear the rack event in January. While I really like the sweater, it arrived damaged (pulled stitching at the neckline). I contacted Nordstrom and learned today the company is not issuing a refund or replacing the item. I will think again before purchasing items from Nordstrom. I’m shocked the company is fine charging customers for and shipping damaged products. I have never had this experience with Nordstrom before and am taken aback by the decline in customer service.

Color Faded after one wash

I purchased the pale green color. Just after one gentle cycle wash, the color faded... lots of areas turned to pinkish white. The quality is terrible.
