I absolutely love this bag because of the amount of items that you can put in it. However, as one other person stated, it is absolutely heavy before you add anything to it, so once you do, it’s almost impossible to just carry on your shoulder.

Fits everything!
This bag is great and fits SO MUCH. I love that I can use it as a carry-on for everything on a flight including my laptop. The only downside I would mention is that it technically does not fit under a standard airplane seat or through a plane aisle if it is sitting on top of a roller bag, so I wouldn’t recommend it as a “personal item” and it can get a bit heavy to carry around by itself if you’re spending a lot of time walking through airports and what-not.

ripped on my first use
I loved this we and couldn’t believe how much I could fit comfortably but the zipper broke the very first time I used it to travel. Very disappointing
