The Dorothy Denim A-Line Skirt

I love this as a staple in my wardrobe, but a 29 wears more like a large/sz 10. I am normally a 29/sz 8, so exchanging for a 28 since I would like to wear it at my true waist. Order your normal size if you want to wear it low rise. However, it’s very long, hits mid to lower calf on my 6’ tall frame, so wearing it low rise will make it more of a maxi length for most.

For reference I am a solid 26 in Frame, rarely 25 but I actually sized down to 24 for this skirt for a snug fit around my waist after trying them on at the frame boutique. If you order your normal size the skirt will probably drape nicely too but just have a gap on the waist (but nothing a belt can't fix). This skirt is so versatile and can be dressed up or down. It drapes really nicely especially down in the middle. I find myself reaching more for the skirt for any outfit that I'd pair with my regular jeans and it immediately elevates the outfit. Wow. One of the most flattering and most comfortable skirts I’ve ever owned. Fabric has an ultra soft feel to it, heavyweight with no stretch but wears to a perfect fit—not restricting just ultra comfortable. The cut gives me a great overall silhouette too, my friends thought I had grown a couple of inches! I bought this as a second pair after getting this skirt in the August color. (Both colors are beautiful btw.) Yes it’s expensive. But yes, it’s absolutely worth it. Slowpoke is a medium-dark denim wash, and I’m planning on wearing it for an end of summer and into fall outfit. I’d love if they’d come out with a black or grey denim or for winter too!
