Next to perfect!

The bag arrived with silver metal trims not the gold pictured online or shown in store. I ordered a second bag and it has not yet arrived. I spoke with customer service on phone and they could not guarantee what color would be delivered. I’ll let you know! Thanks

Cute Bag But AWFUL Zippers...
Really wanted to love this bag since it's what I've been looking for, but I was disappointed once I got it in the mail. The bag itself is cute, soft, and a good size (generous space for the essentials and then some extras), but both zippers were AWFUL. They got stuck often when I was testing them out, even though there was nothing to get caught on, so I will be returning it. Not sure if it is just this one bag, or if all bags of this style have this type of zipper. I will say one huge plus was how fast delivery was for me. I ordered yesterday morning, and this already arrived this afternoon (on a weekend nontheless!). The predicted delivery date was next Wednesday, so this was way faster than predicted.

lovely but not what is pictured
The bag is lovely but arrived with silver hardware not gold which is pictured. I will see if I’m able to swap it. Someone else seems to have had the same issue!
