Kiera Tote

Leather is nice, but thin. I personally am ok with the structure but over time it will become slouchy as it is unlined. The issue I had was with Nordstrom fulfillment. They shipped the item folded in a soft package with no internal package so the item arrived creased. No stuffing to maintain shape and no box to protect it in transit. Keep this in mind when ordering online, but hopefully this is a one off fulfillment issue. Customer service advised to return and reorder, but with no guarantees it wouldn't happen again this isn't really a solution.
