Terrex Hikster LT Hiking Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for a trip to Ireland where I knew we would be doing a lot of walking and hiking. Despite their tough and rugged design, they broke in quite easily and provided great support on our journeys. They also shed water like a champ so my feet stayed dry throughout. Top notch hikers!

Great city-to-trail shoe - comfortable out of the box I got the Hikster LT in triple black and I've been wearing them for everything from daily walks to weekend hikes. Super lightweight, feels more like a sneaker than a hiking boot, which I like. The suede upper looks good and feels durable, and the Traxion outsole actually grips really well on sand, roots, and wet sidewalks. The EVA midsole is cushioned without feeling mushy. No break-in needed - comfortable day one. For Florida trails and hot weather they breathe well and don't overheat. True to size for me. If you want something lighter than a boot but with more support and traction than a running shoe, this hits the mark. 5 stars.
