Not Great at All
The material used for this skirt is too heavy, I bet the thing weighs ten lbs. It’s not a nice heavy material though but more like a tweedy cotton; skirt doesn’t look polished. Also can tell it wrinkles easily. Waist band is also odd and frumpy and bottom trim cheap looking. I love pleated skirts to a fault but this one is poorly designed and executed. A no for me.

Nice color. Heavy material
I didn't give it a 5 only because it doesn't have a traditional waist band, just an elastic band. Also, there's a split in the back, which is unusual for a pleated skirt, Otherwise it fits nicely. Definitely made for winter wear.
