I wanted to love this bag, but the leather is stiff. The description states the bag can be used as a crossbody, but the strap is too short & I am only 5’ 4”. A crossbody should fall at one’s hip, not your rib cage. On a brighter note, the interior is nicely made with two pockets; a third zipper pocket would have been even better. There is, however, a zipper pocket on the outside of the bag. Unfortunately, the bag has been returned.

I had been on the hunt for a while for a black shoulder bag with second strap option. I am able to use the longer strap as a crossbody, but was nervous from some of the other reviews. It works great. Love this bag and the quality.

Beautiful bag and not too big
I'm a smaller woman and like a sizable bag, but one that is not hanging too long. the shorter strap is perfect for me. I holds all of my stuff easily and I love the zippered compartment in front for easy access to my phone. Very pleased with this item!!

It is VERY hard for me to find the right purse! Most purses get at most a couple of months usage, this one is great just the right size to carry. I love the outside zipper perfect if you need conceal carry purse!! Ted Baker brand is always good!

Great Everday Bag
I love the quality and size. Two small interior pockets and one exterior zipper pocket that is nice to keep my keys or phone in. The hand and cross body straps are nice although not adjustable. Not quite as stiff as it looks I’m the picture.
