Torso area too short
This dress is beautiful, hence the 3 star rating not 1. It did not fit me in the waist area. My torso is long and the waist area on the dress is too short for me. The waist seam hit just below my chest which made the cut an empire style with the skirt area flaring above my waist. The dress made me look like I was 9 months pregnant. Ladies with a short torso will look great in this dress, because the waistband will hit at the waist like it was designed. I loved the side pockets and the brocade fabric which looks and feels rich. Since I’m tall with a long torso and the dress had a short waistline it was not a match..and very weird fit. I returned it.
