Arm holes are so tight
I wear a small. Everything fit just fine with the exception of the arm holes. They were incredibly small. This will be going back because of how bizarrely tight the arm holes are. It's otherwise fairly cute. The fabric of the ruffles is different. It doesn't sit like both sides match. I tried proofing it up or pushing it down. I have no idea how it would look after a wash. Cute in theory. Not my favorite in practice.
