too small

Poor treatment of a Sport Coat
Odd way to ship a sport coat. Tailorbird shipped it direct, in a loose bag WITH NO COAT HANGER. And FedEx illegally stuffed it into my mailbox. I was able to salvage the coat with a major steaming, but why should I? Really put me off. The coat is nice otherwise.
